January 15, 2020 – DATAVERSITY Education, LLC announced the agenda and officially opened registration today for the 2020 Data Governance & Information Quality Conference (DGIQ). The event will be held June 8-12, 2020, at the Catamaran Resort Hotel and Spa in San Diego, Calif. More than 650 business and IT professionals typically attend this five-day event, which DATAVERSITY CEO and program chair Tony Shaw describes as “the world’s largest conference dedicated entirely to Data Governance and Information Quality.” Industry experts will present in-depth tutorials, workshops, and case studies on a variety of topics, including Data Governance and Stewardship, Metadata Management, Data Quality, Master Data Management, Data Literacy, data catalogs and business glossaries, and much more.

DGIQ is certified by DAMA International and satisfies the continuing education requirements for the Certified Data Management Professionals (CDMP) credential, which was established in 2004 as the gold standard for measuring accomplishment in the Data Management field. CDMP testing will be available at this year’s conference.
