With over 25 years of data industry practitioner and consulting experience, Mr. Beard is a hands-on strategist, data governance expert, and change leader with experience spanning the business and technology domains. He has led enterprise programs, transformation initiatives, and operational teams in a variety of industries, including Research and Educational Publishing, Consumer Package Goods, Banking, Investments, and Insurance. He is currently leading the global Advisory Services practice at Informatica, LLC as Senior Director, Data Strategy & Governance, where he enjoys helping client teams plan and implement effective data programs to enable their business goals.

Ryan Glasunow

Sr. Director, Data Governance & Privacy, Informatica

Ryan joined Informatica in 2018 where he came over as a customer using Informatica’s MDM, DQ, and Data Governance solutions. Ryan is a leader for the Data Governance Solution Specialist team in North America helping to support other data management practitioners operationalize their data strategy and showing the value of how Data Governance can help accelerate an organization’s business transformation. Prior to joining Informatica, Ryan has helped lead the efforts in standing up and operationalizing MDM and Data Governance programs at companies such as Starbucks Coffee, Microsoft, and F5 Networks.

Jay Hawkinson

She brings a proven ability to deliver both high-level and fine-grained insight into enterprise operations. Taryn excels in building coalitions around innovative concepts with a keen interest in emerging technology and new methods, and prioritizes her strong commitment to team building and servant leadership. Prior to joining Fragomen, she helped lead data strategy, implementations, and data standards at financial services, manufacturing, and entertainment industries.
