About the Webinar
Data Governance in a Consumer Packaged World, differs from that in the Finance or Medical fields. We do not govern personal information: we govern our customers, our products, and our pricing. We work through multiple routes to market. This made the search for a Data Governance Tool challenging. Our journey included a 6-month search for “THE” Data Governance Tool, the tool we thought would solve all issues and churn out the perfect reports. In the end we felt a bit like Goldilocks, there just didn’t seem to be the right fit. We decided to build our own matching and reporting tools and we’d like to share the experience, where we are now and what the future holds.

About the Speakers
Kate Wood
Director of Data Governance, Dr Pepper Snapple Group
Kate Wood’s background includes 20 years of experience in the arenas of Customer Service, Supply Chain, Audit and Master Data. She has been with Dr Pepper Snapple Group for 11 years and has spent the last 5 years working in the Master Data Field through projects and currently as the Director of Data Governance.
Chuck Jensen
IT Manager, Dr Pepper Snapple Group
Chuck Jensen has over 20 years of IT experience working primarily with SAP systems, more recently including Informatica. He has been with Dr Pepper Snapple Group for 6 years and is currently the IT Manager supporting Data Governance, RMM, and the National Account Small Format teams.
